  12インチ 吸着ハンド（UniZac-air®）のウエハ搬送動画です。3箇所の吸着穴でウエハを吸着し、搬送しています。空洞一体技術を使用して製作しているため、接着剤を使用していません。耐久性が高く、高温環境で使用ができます。有機系のアウトガスが発生するリスクがありません。

• 吸引ポートの位置の変更はできますか。

  位置の変更はできます。センターライン上の表面あるいは裏面に吸引ポート穴を開けることが可能です。貫通穴の対応も可能です。
  

• 12インチ、8インチ以外のウエハサイズに対応したUniZac-air® は、製作が可能ですか。

  製作は可能です。Y型の形状のUniZac-air® では、4インチ、5インチ、6インチのウエハに対応したものが製作可能です。

  できます。ご希望の取り付け位置に、取付穴を加工できます。
