  We can provide flexible services from one-of-a-kind prototypes tomass production, which other companies tend to refuse!

  We specialize in small-lot, high-mix production, and can flexibly handle everything from trial production of single and small lots to mass production of medium lots of up to about 100 pieces.

  During prototyping, we make material and design proposals that take into account the product application and operating environment according to the customer’s requirements. We evaluate mass production feasibility such as cost, lead time, and accuracy variation before moving to mass production, so there is no rework.

  Our technological and proposal capabilities meet increasingly diverse and sophisticated user needs !

  In recent years, with the diversification and sophistication of user needs, ceramics products are becoming larger and more complex in shape, and the required quality is also becoming more strict.

  The Ceramics Design Lab offers products and technologies such as a double-sided suction End Effector / Handling Arm that can grip different work pieces on the front and back surfaces,and a long object with a length of 4,000 mm.

  In addition, we can respond to these needs with products and technologies such as our proprietary “hollow integral molding technology” that does not use adhesives and reduces outgassing.
