  “Robot Test Center,” which can conduct verification tests of wafer transfer End Effector / Handling Arm

  Our “Robot Test Center” is capable of performing verification and testing in the wafer transfer process, so that we can perform the flow of [product design → evaluation → improvement → re-evaluation], which was originally performed by the customer, on behalf of the customer.

  After carefully listening to the technical issues that the customer wants to improve, we will study solutions and evaluate the positional accuracy, repeatability, durability, etc. of the transfer End Effector / Handling Arm.
